Michele has 20 plus years of experience in HR Leadership in large institutional organizations (SCAN Health Plan, Ross Stores, KPMG) as well as small to mid-size operations and is a certified executive coach (Hudson Institute). Michele consults and trains various executive coaching/team coaching modalities and facilitates strategic planning, organizational design, and development programs to numerous companies. Michele has a master's degree in Organizational Development from Fielding University and will complete her Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change in 2025

Michele is an adept trainer, facilitator, and coach and is highly skilled in creating rich learning experiences for a variety of audiences. She has vast experience working with teams and has a proven track record in the world of learning and development. She is known for conceptualizing. designing, and implementing engaging curricula for a variety of audiences in a range of formats She creates engaging and impactful learning experiences and has an ability to measure impact in creative and meaningful ways. Her expertise is working with higher education, non- profits/boards and small businesses with an emphasis on talent management/engagement analysis and assessment, design and evaluation, values alignment, and culture transformation with measurable results.
